Families and creators make a lot of the audio
Yoto’s audio library is big, and finding the right story or song for a child was one of the problems Yoto Space set out to fix. The Free Audio menu points to public domain recordings and to Discover, a collection of digital audio families can link to their own Yoto cards. It also points to Open Mic, where independent creators publish original audio. Each month’s featured Open Mic titles also show up in the Discover tab of the Yoto app in the US and UK.
The Create menu is where listening turns into making. Families learn to record their own cards there, and Publish on Yoto gives creators, from parents to pros, a hub of their own. Kids join in too: they send jokes in for Yoto Daily and share the pictures they draw along with it.

Product launches
New players land in the news, and the roadmap shows what’s next
The home page opens on Yoto’s 4th generation players. The News space carries the launch posts, like "Available now: Yoto Mini 4th Gen", along with monthly card and podcast drops and new cards for the Club Collection.
The Live Roadmap sorts ideas into considering, in progress and delivered. Families can see 4th generation features being worked on, such as a Bluetooth speaker mode, and ones already shipped, such as an Apple CarPlay app and folders for the card library. New ideas go on the Ideas Wall and card requests go in Card Suggestions. Families can also sign up to take part in Yoto’s user research.
Brand and belonging
Parents comparing notes with other parents
Day to day, Yoto Space is parents talking to parents. Yoto Life and Questions carry the practical threads, like how to get long audiobooks onto Make Your Own cards or how long a joke takes to reach Yoto Daily. Dedicated hubs bring together educators, creators, makers and developers, and many members post under playful names like Hospitable Lobster. The Yoto Space house rules are linked from the footer of the home page.
Advocacy and social proof
Champions who already help other families
Yoto’s Community Champions program recognizes the go-to Yoto people in their own networks, whether that’s a classroom, a group chat or the playground. Champions help others discover screen-free audio, troubleshoot a friend’s setup and recommend cards. In return they get a private Champions Hub on Yoto Space, early news, tips, assets and regular surveys, with meetups, webinars and product testing to come as the program grows. The home page invites members who fit the bill to apply.
