What members see

One click in the community, a seat in Zoom

Members RSVP where they already are. The registration, the join link and the reminder all come from the session you set up in Zoom.

  • Registered with their profile

    The app registers each member with the name and email on their Bettermode profile, and they show up in the session’s registrant list straight away.

  • A join link of their own

    Zoom emails a confirmation with a calendar invite and a join link that belongs to that member alone.

  • Cancellations follow

    When a member cancels their RSVP, their Zoom registration is cancelled too, so the registrant list matches your guest list.

  • Nobody waits on approval

    If the session is set to manual approval in Zoom, the app approves the members it registers, so everyone gets their link.

    Link a Zoom meeting for office hours and AMAs, or a Zoom webinar for launches and larger audiences.

  • Every host on the account

    A Zoom admin approves the app once, and it registers members for sessions hosted by anyone on your Zoom account.

  • Retries on its own

    If Zoom is briefly unavailable, the registration is retried automatically and the settings page shows anything still in the queue.

Setup

Connect Zoom once, then paste a link

There’s nothing to map. Each event links to its Zoom session through the join link you already have.

  • Install and connect

    Install Bettermode Events for Zoom from your App store, click Connect Zoom and have a Zoom owner or admin approve it.

  • Schedule with registration on

    Create the meeting or webinar in Zoom as usual and tick Registration: Required.

  • Paste the link and publish

    Add the Zoom join link as the event’s location. On publish, the app checks the session belongs to your account and requires registration, then links the two.

You’ll needBettermode Growth or Premium. Zoom Pro or higher for meetings, or a Zoom Webinars license for webinars. Events without a Zoom link are left alone.
