Product launches
Partners see it first, then help decide what’s next
Redstor runs a partner-focused business, and it wanted those partners shaping the product instead of hearing about it at release. Before REDtribe they had few ways to influence what got built, and no shared place to work on it with Redstor or with each other.
Now a feature reaches REDtribe before it reaches the market. Partners join early access programs, like the ones for Microsoft Entra ID and ConnectWise on the community home, and give feedback while there’s still time to act on it. Ideas run the other way: partners post them, vote on the ones that matter and follow them on the roadmap until the product update is marked delivered.
-
Announcements
Early access to new features, with feedback before the public release.
-
Ideation
Partners propose ideas and vote them up, so the most valuable features get built first.
-
Feedback groups
Smaller groups that put a new tool through a closer test.
-
Roadmap and product updates
A roadmap space, and product updates marked delivered once they ship.
Brand and belonging
A chosen circle, close to the people who build
REDtribe isn’t open to everyone. Membership is curated and purpose-driven, so the people in the room are partners who all rely on the same tools.
Partners find each other through the member directory and message Redstor’s developers directly. Custom feeds keep each partner up to date on the discussions that matter to them.
Retention and expansion
Partner success, written down once
A shared knowledge base gives every partner the same documentation, all in one place. Redstor lists stronger partner relationships first among its results.
Results, in Redstor’s words
- Stronger partner relationships
- Faster, more responsive product updates
- Better decisions on product features
