Owned answers and AI visibility
Questions answered once, where anyone can read them
Most of NuCommunity is open to read without an account. In Dúvidas, members ask about the app and other members answer, and the space sorts threads into answered and unanswered so the gaps are easy to find. Next door, FAQ holds official tutorials from the Nubank team. Some start from a question the community keeps asking, like how a Nu Empresas customer can route card sales from other payment terminals into one account.
The house rules remind members that everything they post is public. The community also keeps a sitemap of its open spaces for search engines, and members who type a question into the search bar get an AI answer drawn from what’s already been posted.

Product launches
Launches land with the customers who’ll use them
Novidades is where the team posts launches and updates, and the home page promises something new every week, seen in the community first. When NuCel, Nubank’s mobile plan, added more data at the same price, a moderator posted it there and asked members how they’d use the extra data. Members replied in the thread, some with wish lists of their own, like data for smartwatches.
Testes beta starts earlier. Its description invites members to test what Nubank launches next. One private group, for a new benefits area in the app, asks testers to keep the conversation confidential, while public calls for testers sit beside it, including one member’s first impressions of NuCel. Nubank’s own newsroom lists product testing as one of the things that sets NuCommunity apart.
Then there’s Sugestões e ideias, where members pitch what they want next: paying by Pix straight from their savings boxes, hiding unused currencies in Conta Global, more installments on personal loans. The space says the community gets a say in what it wants to see first.
Brand and belonging
Money talk, and everything around it
Plenty of NuCommunity has nothing to do with the app. Vida financeira is for planning and everyday money lessons and Segurança for staying safe online, while Roda de conversa is open to anything, from a new rock album to a student’s research survey. Other spaces cover women and financial organization, travel tips, running a business and sports.
The home page reads like a magazine. There are featured stories, such as a look behind a Nubank campaign, along with prompts that ask what wealth means to you and a leaderboard of the most active members. Badges mark the first steps, from filling in a profile to reading the house rules. Some members carry titles like NuMentor, and a named moderation team keeps conversations on track.
Members turn up for campaigns, too. The Torcida Roxa promotion gave every member who signed up a personal link to share, and the link that drew the most visits won a TV.
